We're heading south in May for a series of events for local small business owners. Our events manager Lorna Bladen and events co-ordinator Lydia Pimm are packing their buckets and spades and travelling to Brighton, Bournemouth, Newquay and Plymouth, the first time we've run events in all four locations.

In Brighton on 16 May , join them at the retail HQ of the amazing Enterprise Nation member, Bluebird Tea Co.

Co-founder Krisi Smith will explain how the business has grown from a bedroom start-up to three stores and a team of 30 and you'll then be able to meet fellow business owners while sipping a tea cocktail!

The following day in Bournemouth it's an afternoon of coffee and conversation at the wonderful Little Pickle Deli Cafe.

The remaining two events, in Plymouth on 17 May and Newquay on 18 May, are part of our She Means Business digital training campaign with Facebook.

We'll be hosted by Plymouth University and our friends at Crowdfunder in Cornwall for inspiring talks and practical tips.

See you on the beach!

All the events are free for Enterprise Nation members with a £5 charge for the Brighton and Bournemouth events for non-members. Membership is only £4 a month so join today.
