Emma is founder of Enterprise Nation. Emma joined international accounting firm Arthur Andersen, before starting her own business in 2000, which was successfully sold two years later.
Emma then launched Enterprise Nation and has since written a number of bestselling business books, including Spare Room Start-Up, Working 5 to 9, Go Global and the StartUp Kit.

He is himself a smaller business entrepreneur and has built a business working closely with ambitious entrepreneurs to start, grow and realise value, being hands on to help them to beat the odds to succeed. Previous roles include heading a national outsourcing business, corporate finance director and director of an economic development partnership.

With a background in organisational development and operational management and having grown start-up businesses to a national scale, it is Helen's role to support the brilliant Enterprise Nation team to realise their full potential and keep the focus on delivering the best possible service for members.

Billy has been in the IT and tech industry for over 20 years. With a background in IT and development, he went on to run a number of his own successful businesses through to exit. Now at Enterprise Nation, Billy is in charge of helping shape the digital transformation of the business, to ensure that we can provide the right balance of technology and innovation to our growing member community and internal teams.
Working alongside the other directors in the business, Billy spends most of his time thinking about the “the best way we can implement our ideas”!

Lorna Bladen is a passionate supporter of small businesses. From having headed up the entrepreneur society at her university to then leading events for national enterprise campaign, StartUp Britain, she's dedicated to the mission of ensuring small businesses get access to the right support, at the right time.
She's now delivering that mission through her role as head of campaigns at Enterprise Nation which has involved training 10,000 female founders as part of Facebook's She Means Business programme and connecting Enterprise Nation members with sales and profile opportunities.
In her spare time, Lorna runs her own business and supports mental health charities.
Mohammed heads up the development team at Enterprise Nation working to ensure that we provide our members with the most cutting edge and user friendly membership platform. With a background in web development, he loves to stay abreast of the latest technology innovations, so that he can not only implement what he learns, but help others around him.

Polly Dhaliwal heads up partnerships and works with the Enterprise Nation team to ensure partners leverage the platform and community. She wants to help start-ups and small businesses grow and provide them with the right resources at the right time.

Lauren is an experienced event manager from up North who is passionate about supporting the great work of small businesses. Lauren champions small business owners across the UK by leading two major campaigns: 'She Means Business' for female entrepreneurs supported by Facebook and 'Next Generation' for young entrepreneurs powered by Enterprise Trust.
In her spare time Lauren loves exploring London and runs her own book-club London Gals Read, organising regular meet-ups in the city.
Before joining Enterprise Nation, Justina worked in a public sector policy role. She is passionate about supporting founders in running successful businesses effectively, and is now leading on a digital productivity training programme 'HeadsUp!' She is also enthusiastic about using insights from the Enterprise Nation community to influence policy making.
