My idea is...
The Snowdrop Cakery is a small home run cake business set up by my passion of baking and designing speciality cakes. The most joyful thing about my job is the look on the persons face on seeing their cake!! however i would so love to expand the business alittle and for this I need extra equipment and would love to go on a course to increase my skills to be able to make these cakes extra special. In time i would love to do this full time but at present its a part time business. The more skills i can achieve the closer to my ultimate goal i can get.
