Frontline Forensics Ltd was established in 2010 and researches and develops innovative redesigns of outdated equipment used in Forensics.
NuCAST180 is our first product that has been developed to provide significant improvements in the footprint casting process at crime scenes. Currently casting a criminal’s footprint at a scene can take anything from 25 minutes to hours to set.
NuCAST180 is a quick-setting, footprint casting kit that enables a fast, easy and accurate footprint casting in 3 minutes. This means police forces will not only save time and money but it will also aid the fast recovery of crucial evidence that may normally have been destroyed by poor weather conditions.
We are pleased to be in a position that we are now trialling the product amongst law enforcement agencies in the UK however in order to create further product awareness we are seeking £500 to help with B2B marketing and branding NuCAST180.

Firstly congratulations on coming up with an alternative product for ‘foot casting’ at a Crime Scene. I teach and deliver Forensic Science Workshops in Secondary & Primary Schools all over the UK. One of my sessions is about Footprints found at a Crime Scene and includes taking a footprint cast, I currently use Crownstone Plaster Cast and I get very frustrated with this product as it takes so long to dry and the end result isn’t always the best due to the consistency.
I would love to try this product in my educational sessions and certainly wish you all the very best for the future.
