My idea is...
We are a small rural business specialising in celebration, wedding cakes, cupcakes, artisan breads and patisserie. We have over 22 years experience in the catering industry. But after having a family we decided to start our own business.
We attend farmers markets and food fayres throughout Northern Ireland and Ireland. We do not use artificial additives etc (just colourings for our celebration cakes). Each item it made with love with customer on mind!
We would like funding to reach a wider target audience through marketing flyers, magazine advertisements. We would also like to start children’s cupcake parties, and we would need to purchase additional equipment.
