The home office chair

As you’re likely to be spending quite a bit of time in it, it’s important to buy the right chair for your work style. It will help create a healthy homeworking environment.
Take a seat
Buy a chair that’s specifically designed for computer use - sitting in an awkward position can put your body under stress so adjust your chair seat height and angle to suit your pose.
Ideally, your feet should be flat on the floor with your knees bent at a 90 degree angle. Your back should be straight, and at an angle of no less than 90 degrees from your thighs.
To encourage you out of your chair every so often, look into software that prompts you to take breaks, such as WorkPace.
