At Enterprise Nation we use, and happily recommend, a programme called Basecamp. It costs $49 (£25) per month and is easy to use.

You can create project folders with timetables, and provide clients with access to designated areas.

With this helpful application, you’re just a click away from tracking progress, PR plans or a sales pipeline.
