Pick up a language in your tea break

Want to learn a new language or brush up on your linguistic skills? Download a free podcast and use your homeworking tea break to full effect.
One of the benefits of working from home is that you can talk to yourself, sing, dance and do whatever you wish, without office colleagues raising their eyebrows. So, why not download a free podcast at iTunes and use your tea break time to learn Spanish, French, Japanese or any language you choose. All you have to do is:
- Visit the Podcast area of the iTunes website
- Choose the language you want in the Search box
- Select from the results offered, and
- Download for free
‘Bonne Chance’, as they say in France or ‘Gambate Kudasai’ in Japanese.

Comment: Also well worth listening to is foreign language radio stations. I speak decent Spanish so I often have the equivalent of the Spanish World Service (well, kind of equivalent) playing on my computer in the background while I work in the same way I might have music on. I don't listen hard to it, but I find that I do pick up on interesting things when they come up.
