On the white lines
09/05/2008 send to a friend
Swedish designer, Olof Hansson, was happily sketching when he came up with the idea for Whitelines - a new form of writing/sketch paper with white “non-conflict” lines. A perfect accessory for your home office.
Olof Hansson says of his invention:
"The idea for Whitelines® came to me when I was copying a sketch of another product, Sinko. I was irritated because the lines on the copy made a mess of my sketch. It was then that the idea of having white lines hit me.
White lines would not be visable on a photocopy, but the dark lines that I had written would. It is a pleasure for me to be able to offer these lines to you. I hope that Whitelines® is successful in supporting your ideas."
The paper looks great and can be bought here in the online shop of London’s Graphic Centre.
Thanks to Heather Bestel for spotting this Swedish stationery delight.
