Comment: I am away on that day, but I do have a question or two! Does anne believe that the telephone and face-to-face selling for business to business organisations are still as important in terms of opening and closing the sale? Where do they now sit along online communicating?

Also, could she share her top telephone technique with me and any tips on how to keep a pipeline open after a meeting when the sale is not due to land until several months down the line.

Kind regards
Dee

Comment: Hello Anne,

Can you give some pointers on how to price a product?

I'm soon hoping to sell 'student skills' audiobooks (Mp3 files) from a website to young people who are just starting at university. However, I'm not sure how much to charge.

The only 'real-world' pointers I have are the prices of student skills paperbacks (£9-£14), iTunes music tracks (79p) and podcasts (free).

Any guidance would be really helpful,

J.R.
