One sure fire way to grow your home business is to focus on what you do best and hire others to do the rest. This is the outsourcing model of growth.
What is my USP?
First decide on what it is you do best. What is your core skill? Your unique selling point? What, and why, do customers buy from you?
Once you’ve done this, outsource the tasks that don’t come within that chosen expertise.
This might be things like:
- Accounting
- Admin
- Business development
- Design
- PR
- IT
Essentially, anything that can be done faster and cheaper by someone who is a specialist in their own field.
