Some brilliant tips here. Everyone should focus on Point 1 whether seeking PR or not (and it’s all too easy to keep slipping back to ‘what’ you do rather than ‘why’ you do it).

Love the infographic approach. The tip of offering yourself as a case study to the firms that you buy services/products from is great. You’d be surprised how vendors/suppliers often struggle to find talkative customers.
