  1. Some brilliant tips here. Everyone should focus on Point 1 whether seeking PR or not (and it’s all too easy to keep slipping back to ‘what’ you do rather than ‘why’ you do it).

    Point 5 about journalists being “people too” is also very much worth remembering. Thank you

  2. Love the infographic approach. The tip of offering yourself as a case study to the firms that you buy services/products from is great. You’d be surprised how vendors/suppliers often struggle to find talkative customers.

  3. PR is something that is most needed in today business buzz words as being customer driven is the key issue in marketing and if one pays attention to it, then that would benefit the business by leaps and bounds in future,
